Zimbabwe bat first in 2nd ODI against Sri Lanka

Zimbabwe won the toss and elected to bat first in the second ODI of the three-match series against Sri Lanka.

The two teams are set to meet at the R. Premadasa International Cricket Stadium (RPICS) in Colombo this afternoon (Jan. 08).  

Sri Lanka fielded an unchanged side from the first game, while Zimbabwe dropped opener Takudzwanashe Kaitano for Joylord Gumbie.

Rain caused the first match of the three-game series to be washed out on Saturday.
