Sri Lanka batter Pathum Nissanka smashed his second century in Tests.
The Lankan opener reached the three-figure mark on Day 4 of the 3rd and final Test against England at The Oval.
Nissanka played an attacking knock as Sri Lanka eye a special win over the Englishmen.
He smashed a 51-bal 64 in the first innings. Nissanka recorded his first Test ton in England.
Nissanka scored a whirlwind half-century on Day 2. His incredible knock put the Lankans in the driving seat.
He batted with great intent and made 64 off just 51 balls, a knock studded with 9 boundaries during his stay.
The 2nd Test saw Nissanka return to SL’s Test XI after over two years.
Notably, this was his first Test half-century in over two years.
