‘Ride for Ceylon’ Founder hands over cheque for Rs. 11.9 mln to develop Manipay Green Memorial Hospital

David Rasiah, the Co-Founder of ‘Ride for Ceylon’ has presented a cheque for approximately Rs 11.9 million to the Bishop of the Jaffna Diocese of the Church of South India, Rt. Rev. Velupillai Pathmathayalan.

These funds were collected during the Ride for Ceylon 2024 Charity Ride.

The Bishop has confirmed that the funds will be used specifically to develop the Green Memorial Hospital in Manipay, Jaffna.
