Dhammika Prasad appointed bowling and assistant coach of USA cricket team

Former Sri Lankan fast bowler Dhammika Prasad has been appointed as the bowling coach of the USA national cricket team in preparation for the upcoming T20 World Cup.
In addition to this role, Prasad has also been assigned the responsibilities of assistant coach for the team.
The USA cricket team is scheduled to arrive in Sri Lanka on 10 January to conduct preparations for the 2026 World Cup. Training sessions for the tournament will commence during their stay in Sri Lanka.
The USA will begin their World Cup campaign with a match against India on 7 February at Wankhede Stadium.
