Kusal Mendis hits maiden ODI ton

  Sri Lankan batsman Kusal Mendis scored his first ODI century during the second one-day international against Bangladesh played in Dambulla on Tuesday. 

The 22-year-old reached the milestone in just 102 balls which included 9 boundaries and a six. 

Sri Lanka is currently 211/2 after 36 overs.

Bangladesh lead the three-match series 1-0. 

UPDATE: Sri Lanka 311 all out in 49.5 overs vs Bangladesh in the 2nd ODI. Kusal Mendis 102, Tharanga 65, Taskin Ahmed 47/4.
