Galle Gladiators thrash Colombo Kings; qualify for LPL 2020 final

Galle Gladiators have clinched the victory of the first semi-final match against Colombo Kings in the Lanka Premier League (LPL).
Bhanuka Rajapaksa, the Gladiators’ captain won the toss and opted to field first.
The Gladiators managed to restrict the Kings to 150 for the loss of 9 wickets.
Reaching the target set by the Kings with two wickets in hand and one ball to spare in the final over, the Gladiators scored 151 for 8.
Galle Gladiators thus became the first LPL team to qualify for the final march scheduled for December 16 at Hambantota, despite losing 6 league matches.
