Vandersay named as Malinga’s replacement

Leg-spinner Jeffrey Vandersay has been named as a the replacement for Lasith Malinga to join the Sri Lanka squad currently taking part in the ICC Twenty20 World Cup in India, Sri Lanka Cricket (SLC) said.
Malinga has been ruled out of the World Twenty20 with injury and has returned to Sri Lanka.
According to reports, the former Sri Lanka T20 captain has aggravated the bone bruise in his left knee that has plagued him since November.
