Missing anesthetist found at Anuradhapura

The female anesthetist from the Matara Hospital who reported missing since last Friday has been found in Anuradhapura this morning, police said.
Police Spokesman SSP Prishantha Jayakody said it has been reported that she had visited Anuradhapura for religious purposes.
Her husband had lodged a complaint with police on Friday claiming that his wife had gone missing on her way home from work.
Dr. Erandi Kulatunga, 28, had left the hospital at around 5.30 pm on the Friday (24) in her car, however she had not reached her home in Hikkaduwa and was reported missing by her husband.
The husband, an army doctor, filing a a complaint with the Galle Police at 10.20pm on Friday stated that his wife had last contacted him when she was near the Galle Cement Factory, to inform him that she would be delayed due to heavy traffic congestion on the road.
Matara and Galle police had launched investigations into the disappearance.
