President meets Japanese leaders…

President Anura Kumara Dissanayake, who is on an official visit to Japan at the invitation of the Japanese Government, held a series of high-level meetings in Tokyo. At the Imperial Hotel, President Dissanayake met with Japanese Minister of Finance Kato Katsunobu for bilateral discussions. He also held talks with Japanese Minister of Defence D.M. Nakatani at the same venue. In addition, the President participated in a roundtable discussion with Japanese business leaders at the headquarters of the Japan External Trade Organization (JETRO).
