This modification in playing regulations underwent a trial phase during the Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy 2023-24, India’s premier domestic T20 tournament. IPL 2024 likely to begin from March 22

According to reports, the IPL 2024 season is anticipated to take place from March 22 to the end of May. The definitive schedule will be disclosed subsequent to the finalization of the polling dates for India’s general elections by the Election Commission.
