A fuel train has derailed at the Maradana railway station this morning (25).
The derailment has reportedly caused serious damage to the railway platform at the station.
Meanwhile, the derailment has also blocked platforms 01, 02, and 03 at the station.
As a result, all trains departing from Maradana railway station and Colombo Fort are expected to experience delays, according to the Railway Department.
