In the latest ODI team rankings revealed by the International Cricket Council (ICC), the Sri Lanka Men’s Cricket Team have risen to the fourth spot with 103 rating points.

Notably, they have displaced the Pakistan Cricket Team from the fourth spot. Pakistan now occupy the fifth spot with 102 rating points.

Last month, Sri Lanka clinched a victory in a three-match ODI series against Bangladesh at home. The hosts won the opening game by 77 runs and the third game by 99 runs to capture a 2-1 win in the campaign.

Moreover, Bangladesh have dropped one spot and now grab the 10th spot in the latest ICC rankings for ODI teams with 77 rating points. The West Indies have moved up by one position to occupy the ninth place with 78 rating points.

The Indian Cricket Team have retained their top spot in the latest ODI team rankings. The Rohit Sharma-led side, which won the ICC Champions Trophy 2025 in March, has 124 rating points in their kitty. They are followed by New Zealand in the second spot with 109 rating points.

Australia closely follow the BlackCaps in third place with an equal rating points. South Africa and Afghanistan occupy the sixth and seventh spots respectively, while England are placed in the eighth position.

Meanwhile, Sri Lanka are set to clash with Zimbabwe in a two-match ODI series starting August 29. They will also play three T20I matches during the Zimbabwe tour. Pakistan are currently on a ODI tour of the West Indies, which is levelled 1-1 after two encounters. The final clash will be played on August 12.

India will not play any ODI games till October, when they will tour Australia for a white-ball series. During the tour, they will play three ODI games from October 19 to 25.
