Sabina Yousaf, who represented Sri Lanka at the 41st Mrs. World Pageant held in the United States, returned to the island early this morning (04).
In addition to securing third place at the global competition, she was also crowned “Mrs. Photogenic.”
The international pageant was held from January 22 to January 29 in Las Vegas, United States, and featured contestants from over 60 countries.
Yusuf arrived at the Bandaranaike International Airport at 2:45 a.m. via Qatar Airways flight QR-662 from Doha, said Ada Derana reporter.
Upon her arrival, she was warmly received by a delegation that included Chandimal Jayasinghe, National Director of the pageant, Rukmal Senanayake, National Trainer, as well as a large gathering of supporters and well-wishers.
