Bowser crashes into a house killing two and injuring one

A bowser truck veered off the road and crashed into a house in Gamapha today (October 20) while travelling towards Kandy on the Colombo-Kandy road, killing the driver and his assistant while injuring a woman residing in the house.

 

The injured woman was rushed to the Gampaha hospital while post-mortems will be conducted today on the two victims.

 

The driver of the bowser was 31 years old while his assistant was 30 years.

 

The Gampaha police are conducting further investigations into the incident.
