I will never bribe MPs to gain support: Sajith

I will never bribe Working Committee members in return for their support, MP Sajith Premadasa said today denouncing “false rumors” spreading which accuse him and Karu Jayasuriya of garnering support for the upcoming election for party leadership by paying off MPs.

The UNP Co-deputy Leader stated that he is not a “third-class politician” to bribe parliamentarians to gain support in that manner.

The Hambantota District MP made these comments at a ‘Sasunata Aruna’ program held today (10).
