Lankan held with forged passports in Fiji

A Sri Lankan national is expected to appear in a Magistrate’s Court in Fiji today for allegedly being in possession of forged travel documents.

He has been charged with three counts of possession of forged documents, and one count of being in possession of a device for making forged documents, Fijian media reported.

The suspect was allegedly found in possession of forged British and Indian passports at Fiji’s Nadi International Airport over the weekend.
