The Judicial Service Commission has condemned the threatening phone calls that were given to two appeal court judges.
The Commission report stated that the two judges, S. Sriskandarajah, and Justice Anil Goonarathne who were examining Chief Justice Shirani Bandaranayake’s appeal, received the threatening calls yesterday (08).
The two judges reported the matter to the Bambalapitiya and Borella police.
