A Russian National in possession of forged foreign currency was arrested in the Eththukala area in Negombo. The suspect was arrested while he was lodged at a tourist hotel in the area.
The suspect was arrested with seven US 100$ bills in his possession.
He will be presented before the Negombo Magistrate Court today (January 15).
