
Six Indian parliamentary representatives will arrive in Sri Lanka today (April 8) on a four-day official visit. The visit has been organized to improve bilateral cooperation between the two nations, the Ministry of External Affairs stated.
They are scheduled to meet with several top officials in Sri Lanka as well as engage in a tour of Jaffna where they will inspect the development projects being funded by Indian government.
MPs Saugata Roy and Sandeep Dikshit of the Congress Party, Anurag Thakur of BJP, Dhananjay Singh of BSP and Congress party member Goud Yaskhi will make up the Indian delegation.
