DPF and TNA hold talks

Democratic People’s Front Leader Mano Ganesan met with Tamil National Alliance Leader R. Sampanthan this afternoon (June 26) in Dehiwala.
The meeting was reported to have lasted about an hour while a host of topics were discussed at the meeting including the changes to the 13th amendment and the elections in the North.
Furthermore, the two parties discussed the stand that should be taken by the Tamil and Muslim political parties during the elections in the North.
Mavai Senathirajah, Selvam Adaikalanathan and M. A. Sumanthiran were present at the meeting representing the TNA.
