Wild life officers today seized a stock of around 35 kilograms of deer and wild boar meat from a restaurant located in close proximity to the Chandrika Wewa in Embilipitiya.
One suspect was arrested after wild life officers found 25 kilograms of deer meat and 10 kilograms of wild boar meat during the raid on the restaurant.
The suspect is to be produced at the Embilipitiya Magistrate’s Court.
