SL should further fulfill promises on reconstruction and human rights - UK

The Sri Lankan government should look to further fulfilling the promises it made concerning reconstruction and human rights, UK Foreign Minister, Alistaire Burt told foreign media.
He said that this fact became evident following the statement delivered by the UN Human Rights Commissioner, Navi Pillay concerning Sri Lanka.
She stated that physical reconstruction cannot be considered the same as achieving holistic and sustainable peace.
