A Police Constable (PC) has been arrested by the Nochchiyagama Police on charges of stealing Rs 10,000 from a fellow constable.
Police said a constable driver attached to the Nochchiyagama Police has been arrested and that a portion of the stolen money was recovered following questioning.
He is to be produced at the Tambuttegama Magistrate’s Court.
