VIDEO: Another six surrender to police over UNP clash in Matara

Another six persons surrendered to the police over the clash between two sets of UNP supporters which occurred earlier this month in the Matara town.

 

The six suspects handed themselves over this morning (October 21) to the Matara police, an Ada Derana correspondent reported.

 

The six persons included Opposition Leader of the Western Provincial Council, Kithsiri Kahatapitiya, Suranimala Rajapakshe, Sudath Chandrasekera, Chandeep Samarasinghe, Lakshman Wijemanne and attorney-at-law Gamini Nallaperuma.
