A person was stabbed and killed with a sharp object in the Brunswick Estate area in Maskeliya, over a family dispute, while two women were also injured in the incident.
Police said the victim’s wife and another woman were admitted to the hospital with injuries.
Two suspects have already been arrested over the incident while Maskeliya Police have launched an investigation to apprehend another suspect.
