14 injured as school bus collides with another bus and falls off precipice

A school bus was reported to have fallen off a precipice in the Doloswala area of Nivithigala, injuring 14 persons including school children.
The breaks on the bus had been faulty and when applied had skidded and collided onto another bus and fell off a precipice.
Ten school children were injured in the accident while two teachers were also injured. They were taken to the Watupitiya hospital, police stated.
The bus driver and conductor also sustained injuries and were taken to the Rathnapura hospital.
