
President Mahinda Rajapaksa says he is “not concerned” about allegations of war crimes, when questioned by Channel 4 News Foreign Affairs Correspondent Jonathan Miller.
Responding to a question, as he walks to his car after inaugurating the Commonwealth Business Forum in Colombo today, on allegations of war crimes against his government, the President responds saying: “I am not concerned about anything.”
The President did not respond to a question on the absence of Indian Prime Minister Manmohan Singh at CHOG, however he responds positively to a request by the Channel 4 correspondent for an opportunity to meet and answer questions.
