Human skeletal remains found in A’pura reserve

Police have discovered skeletal remains at the Devanampiyatissapura reserve in Anuradhapura.
The remains were discovered following information received by the Anuradhapura Police.
The Anuradhapura Magistrate and judicial medical officer have conducted preliminary inquiries at the location of the discovery, police said.
The remains have been placed at the Anuradapura Hospital mortuary while Anuradhapura Police are conducting further investigations.
