Traffic restrictions in Colombo during CHOGM

The vehicle movement on several roads in and around Colombo will be restricted for 20-30 minutes from time to time on November 15, 16 and 17 for security reasons in view of the Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting (CHOGM), police said.
Police said traffic will be restricted, however no road will be closed permanently.
The police release (above) shows the roads to be affected on the aforementioned days and the time frame while the traffic plan (below) lists all roads to be used by the VIPs as well as the alternate routes advised for motorists.
