Schools closed for CHOGM to reopen on Nov. 20

The thirty-four schools in Colombo which were closed for the Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting (CHOGM) will reopen on Wednesday (Nov. 20), the Secretary of the Education Ministry Anura Dissanayake said.

The schools were closed from November 06 in order to facilitate for the security arrangements for the Commonwealth summit.

They were scheduled to reopen tomorrow (19), however it has been extended till Wednesday (20).
