A man died after being electrocuted in the Kaluudumulla area in Ambalangoda while painting a house.
The man was using a paintbrush fixed onto a galvanized pipe when it had touched a electricity cable and electrocuted the victim to death, police stated.
The victim was a 30 year old man while his body was taken to the Balapitiya hospital.
The Ambalangoda police are conducting further investigations.
