A suspect has been arrested for the possession of a large quantity of ‘Babul,’ an illegal intoxicant, to be sold to school children in the Ratnapura area.
He was arrested in front a prominent school in the Ratnapura Town by officers from the Special Task Force (STF) Horana camp.
Over 170 grams of Babul was found in the possession of the suspect, who has been handed over to Ratnapura Police for onward action.
