A private bank in Kohuwala has been robbed this morning, the Ada Derana reporter confirmed. Two persons who had come in a motorbike had allegedly robbed the money at the cash counter in a private bank in Balapokuna Junction at Kohuwela.
The thieves have robbed Rs. 1.5 million from the bank and an additional Rs. 55,000 from a depositor who was inside the bank during the robbery.
