Six passengers were wounded and hospitalised after a bus veered off the road and toppled in the Theldeniya area on the Kandy-Mahiyanganaya road today.
Theldeniya Police said a bus traveling from Kattankudy to Kandy, on a field trip, was involved in the accident.
The wounded have been admitted to the Kandy Hospital while the wounded, including several children, are not in critical condition, police said.
