Motorists traveling from Colombo to Kandy between 4.30pm and 8.00pm today are advised to use the expressway due to repairs being carried out along the road from Nuge Junction to Pattiya Junction, police said.
All vehicles excluding motorcycles, three-wheelers and bicycles will be allowed to use the expressway and re enter the Colombo-Kandy road, police said.
