Two persons have been wounded and hospitalized after a trap gun set up, for poaching wild animals, in a property bordering the Wilpattu National Park accidentally fired, police said today.
One of the wounded has been admitted to the Anuradhapura Teaching Hospital while the other has been transferred to the Colombo National Hospital, Saliyawewa Police said.
Both victims are residents of Munamalgaswewa.
