Body found in tea estate at Thalawakele

The body of a 32-year-old-man who had died under suspicious circumstances has been discovered at a tea estate in Batagoda, Thalawakele.
The body was found by residents in the area this morning, Ada Derana reporter said.
The deceased has been identified as Kandasamy Suresh Kumar, 32, who had been reported missing since Friday (2). Kumar’s relatives had lodged a complaint regarding the disappearance with Thalawakele Police.
The body has currently been placed at the mortuary of the Nuwara Eliya Hospital while Thalawakele Police are investigating the suspicious death.
