The body of a youth has been discovered today in the lagoon below the Arugam Bay Bridge in Pottuvil.
The body was discovered by Pottuvil Police following information received.
The deceased, identified as a 24-year-old resident of Kalapukattuwa in Pottuvi, had drowned in the water, according to the findings from the postmortem examination.
