A 28 year old man has cut off his own penis and thrown it to the sea near Kalutara, reports confirmed. He is currently undergoing urgent surgery at the Nagoda Hospital where the surgeons are attempting perform reconstructive surgery.
According to initial reports the man has administered local anesthesia on himself before severing his organ.
