A special traffic plan will be implemented along the Colombo-Horana main road tonight due to the annual Mihindu Maha Perahera of the Piliyandala Shastroda Piriven Viharaya which will parade the streets from 6.00pm today, police said.
Motorists using the road are advised to use alternate routes as the section from Bokundara Junction, Piliyandala to Kesbewa could be blocked for traffic.
