A woman has been arrested for the possession of a large quantity of marijuana in the Kahanawita area in Avissawella.
The arrest was made following information received by Avissawella Police while 1 kilogram and 200 grams of ganja was found in the possession of the suspect.
She is to be produced at the Avissawella Magistrate’s Court.
