Around 150 employees of a garment factory in Katunayake have been hospitalised due to alleged food poisoning , caused by consuming food provided at the factory last evening.
The Police Media Unit said that almost 120 of them have been discharged from the Negombo hospital after receiving treatment.
However, 31 female workers and 4 male workers are still being treated at the hospital.
