VIDEO: ‘Derane Daruwo’ scholarship scheme launched

TV Derana in its CSR initiative Manusath Derana today successfully launched the foster parent scholarship scheme “Derane Daruwo” to raise funds to educate children of families affected by kidney disease in Sri Lanka.

Marking the 9th anniversary of Sri Lanka’s premium entertainment channel, the project aims to provide 500 scholarships to students in dire need of financial assistance to pursue an education due to the hardships and 

A nine-hour in-depth discussion involving experts, artists and other leading figures is currently being telecasted live (from 10.00am to 7.00pm) on TV Derana.
