Six Pakistanis arrested over Teldeniya robbery

Police today arrested six Pakistani nationals, including 4 women, in connection with a robbery at a shop in the Moragolla area in Teldeniya.
The Police Spokesman’s Office said that the suspects had arrived at the store in a car to purchase goods, however had later stolen Rs 40,000 in cash.
The group of Pakistanis were arrested by Teldeniya Police, acting on a complaint received.
They are to be produced at the Teldeniya Magistrate’s Court.
