Uva PC Minister Senthil Thondaman surrenders to court

Uva Provincial Council Minister Senthil Thondaman, who was charged with assaulting a postman, has surrendered to the Bandarawela Magistrate’s Court today.  

 

On January 05, the Bandarawela Magistrate too issued an arrest warrant on Thondaman who is accused of assaulting a postman distributing polling cards on January 03 in the Ella area.

 

The Magistrate instructed police to produce the Minister before court on or before 26 January.
