
Spokesman of the National Freedom Front (NFF) Mohammed Muzammil said that the party has decided to back the 100-day work progarmme of President Maithripala Sirisena.
The observation was made at a press conference held in Colombo, this morning.
Muzammil also added they have received information that there is a conspiracy to arrest Former Minister Wimal Weerawansa, who is the leader of NFF, over false allegations.
The United People’s Freedom Alliance (UPFA), which suffered a shock defeat at presidential polls, too stated that it will support President Maithripala Sirisena’s 100 day work programme.
