The Anti Corruption Front (ACF) says it will lodge complaints with the Commission to Investigate Allegations of Bribery or Corruption, today, against some state-run institutions including SriLankan Airlines and Mihin Lanka.
Accordingly, complaints will be lodged against the Sri Lanka Insurance, Board of Investment of Sri Lanka, Sri Lanka Steel Corporation, Cosmos Aviation, SriLankan Airlines and Mihin Lanka, the AFC said in a statement.
The front was established on 11 January in a bid to gather information and complains on the financial malpractices, corruption and frauds committed during the former government. According to the ACF, it has received over 800 complains, thus far, via e-mails, faxes, and by individuals who personally visited the ACF office.
