Queen Elizabeth II wishes for happiness and prosperity of Sri Lankans

Britain’s Queen Elizabeth II has extended her “warmest greetings” to the people of Sri Lanka who are celebrating the National Day while also wishing for their happiness and prosperity.
The Queen’s message to mark the Independence Day of Sri Lanka was released in all three languages by the British High Commission in Colombo today.
MESSAGE FROM HER MAJESTY QUEEN ELIZABETH II:
“It gives me great pleasure to send Your Excellency my warmest greetings on the celebration of your National Day, together with my best wishes for the happiness and prosperity of the people of Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka in the coming year. - Elizabeth R”
