The price of a 12.5 kg domestic cylinder of LP gas has been reduced by Rs 100 with effect from July 15, Finance Minister Ravi Karunanayake said.
Meanwhile the price of red rice has been reduced to Rs 60 per kilogram.
The Finance Minister made these announcements at the UNP’s special convention currently underway at Campbell Park in Borella.
