Tense situation near Grandpass police station

A tense situation reported near the Grandpass police station, this morning (09), Ada Derana reporter said.
The situation transpired when an individual, who attempted to prevent a woman from being arrested over a drug related case, succumbed to injuries after he accidentally slipped his foot and had fallen, according to the police.
A group of people also held a demonstration outside the police station over the incident.
